Attending my wife‘s grandmothers funeral today. She lived a long and fulfilled life and passed away at the age of 97. I hope I can get cöose to that age too.

Yeah, it unfortunate that I don't find travel posts or most slice of life posts interesting which is what a fair chunk of content is atm. In some communities specific to interests but they are pretty dead atm.
You just need to be intentionally and explore more. You will discover interesting things.
Unfortunately most of my interest groups are either none existent on hive or very inactive, at least for now.
A lot of what I do see on hive at the moment doesn't interest me.

It's interesting to see how almost everything people regularly do on social media is monetized on Hive.
But even more interesting is how Hive has managed to maintain an abundance of relevant content over others.
It is amazing I must say. People scroll and watch videos all day in web2 platforms without anything but Hive is different that's why we need to keep doing our best to support the platform.
Without a doubt, the best thing about it is its community.
I don't use social media much, and therefore I don't use Hive either, but I've been watching it closely for a few days, and it's truly incredible.

Ambient jazz is nice. I don't need music for my sleeping. Music while meditating might work better for me than people talking.

All the time, since I was young. Started using meditation as a sleep aid when I was a child, learned a lot of self control techniques in anger management as a teen.
