Man I fear that exercise... I friend of mine got a hernia in his testie in precisely this manner.
That's terrible, but I think it is because of wrong technique. In Fitness you need like a good year to work on technique with smaller weights till you start pushing your limits.

In the beginning Pain is terrible, but once you get used to the gym, the pain and the results... Pain becomes a friend that cudles you and tells you that I am doing a good job :D

Our snow is way down this year also. We did have about 5 straight days of fog with sub-freezing temps that left us with what you see in these pics.

Yeah, we are really short snow. Winter sports are really taking a beating this year. One ski resort just closed after just opening a couple weeks ago. Going to be a really bad summer at this rate.

it might be that + that it's earlier than the data on the site says due to the fix in the previous hardfork that removed dhf funds from calculation, so hbd's mcap is closer to hives marketcap than one could've expected
