Yes. The utility company cleared most of the trees off the lines a few years ago, but never came back for these two which were in a difficult spot, but already dead. While the lines were down, I took the liberty of clearing the other hazards.

It was. It also rained (or snowed) the whole time I was cleaning this up and running a new service line to the top of my meter box, so it got quite a bit messier than it looks here.

Yes Philipines for some reason blocked our image server, go to Settings page and change Image server to images.hive.blog that should solve the problem for now.
It works now on the website but I can't see that settings on the app
Mobile app doesn’t have that setting yet, we will consider adding. This is not a solution though, it is work around. We should solve real issue and find out why our server is being blocked
Which ISP are you using, PLDT, Globe, Smart, Converge?
Are you able to help us test for examply by changing DNS on your computer to Google 8.8.8.8 ir Quad9 9.9.9.9 and see if it works?
