Took my dog to the vet today....Check these bills out:
$200 for some pain medication and an exam
$900 for an xray and sedation
$4000-$6000 knee surgery
Safe to say, I'm getting a gold fish as a pet from now on....

One of the best romcom I have ever seen, can't believe it's been years. I wish they would make a new adaption. It has good plot and good amount of romance but not likely fully based on romance. It's about a girl who can travel through modern time and fantasy world in tradition time, because she's connected somehow. I don't want to give spoilers but I recommend watching it if you like such type of stories.

That's understandable. It depends on the country. I used to watch anime on a TV channel which was AnimaX, it was restricted in my country because of concerns about mature content and cultural appropriateness, so I couldn't watch anime for a long time.
Later, I watched anime on YouTube but finding complete episodes with English subs or dubs was a struggle. Thankfully, I eventually found anime websites and it's much easier now.
I enjoy slice of life, psychological horror, mystery, suspense thriller, vampire, and isekai. I don't watch every new anime though only the ones with an interesting story and plenty of plot twists.
I watch anime season to season as you can see if you look at my waves with the #anime tag. I watch around 2 or 3 shows a day. There is a calendar on the telegram group that publish them. For example, today is monday and I watch just 1. But on Sunday I don't get to watch everything so I watch from the day before.
It's Friday night, friends! And that means one thing: a night of video games with friends and beers! I already bought mine! They're craft beers from Colonia Tovar in Venezuela! Have a great weekend, friends!

So here is a thing I try to do on Snapie. I try to spot a couple of random snaps that have an upvote or two but a vote value of (say) $0.004. Then I upvote them enough to get them over the $0.02 dust threshold.
That way, we all win :)
I'm a bit disappointed by how few stakeholders actively curate short form content.
I think there's a perception that it's low-effort, or that because so few people curate it, the votes are wasted. Personally, I think neither is true, but perhaps we need a new way to curate, maybe applying the dust threshold to the totality of short form posts a user makes in a day, or everything that's within a single container of some kind.
That's a great idea. I try same, just that my vote is still low.
