Oh crap, not the new house! And you really are quite the opposite of us, we just got warnings to have enough food for the weekend as a snow catastrophe is predicted by the ever correct news channels. But rather that than fire. Wishing you the best!
It'd be rather disappointing, but worse would be destruction of entire town and surrounding bush... A real worry for us in such conditions.

Lightning strikes, campfires,all kinds of things. Any spark can set off tinder dry bush and grasslands.
