I haven’t read the study but I doubt anyone ever got cancer from eating bacon once or twice. And probably not many got it from eating bacon once a week. I eat too much sugar, but instead of cutting anything out of my diet 100%, I’ve just cut it to 30%

Everything in moderation is a good rule. I drink the odd beer and whisky. I gave up meat for various reasons and don't really miss it.

Yeah, there are good reasons to give up meat.

You are a vegetarian? I think meat can still be enjoyed fresh, not the processed ones with preservatives.

I chose to not eat it at all.

Also, learning acupuncture meridian, basic TCM theory and self massage has changed my whole view on health. I can cure a stomach ache or headache with massage and keep my health with ginger tea or ginseng etc depending on what I need
