That's what I hear. But I don't really work that way... Most of the times, I even forget breakfast. That's why I started drinking nutrient packed natural smoothies in the morning, so at least I have all the stuff I need until I remember to eat :-D

Yes! Have to be a bit flexible about it. Mornings are the best times to do productive work for me, so I squeeze in a lot of work before breakfast. I've notice that breakfast always comes with this effect of losing mund stamina even if the physical body seems energised.
