Proud to share another update we just released to Ecency website. More new features, more improvements and new records. π Read on to learn more about new changes.
What's new
- Standard login - now you can login to Ecency website with your username and master/active private keys. Your keys are never stored. New login screens look like this:

- Profile edit - profile updates are regularly performed action, now you can update your profile with latest up to date information and make sure your followers find it.
- Post edit history - view post edits, this is one of the coolest feature to see how post has been improved over time and how many times was it edited by author. Simple one click and you get history of the edits.
- Post source view - you like some post and how it has been formatted, you can also do so, check post source view within post edit history. You can see how other's are formatting their posts and use similar approach. Stay creative and eager to learn. You can find this in bottom of every post to check source and edit history.
- Profile page performance improvements
- Feed optimizations - post list got even more love, got more lighter with optimized thumbnails
- Editor file upload improvements - bug fixes on Firefox and some improvements
- Editor Gallery picture selection improvements
- Navigation bug fixes
We managed to beat our previous record in performance and speed of website. πTry it out and let us know if it works super fast on your computer or phone or any browser you use for surfing internet.
New version of Ecency mobile app is also in progress, we will soon push some improvements and fixes.

nice update but i prefer old login window so can you try to make look less messy can try only name and icon tipe display like twitter use
Do you remember what old login screen used to look like? Only change now is that we allow standard login, not only hivesigner login. How Twitter handles this is quite interesting and we can explore our options to move towards that. But twitter has only one type of login and we (ecency, hive) has many more ways to login.

I have connection issue after new upgrade on iOS. The application continues to disconnect. I have been using this application for over a year but I had never had this type of problem.
Could you please check server from Settings page and change it to another server and see if it helps?
