Those are some awesome tips man and are worth considering to give 2023 a good kick start! I try to go one better and avoid grains as much as possible. Although I love Wim Hoff, I am still not so good at the ice cold dipping but for sure do them in the summer months.

Thats a great tip, you cant beat plenty of water.

Ya. The days I do the intermittent fasting, Ii have 2 or 3 pints of water before breakfast between 7am and 11am which can only be a good thing and helps purge all the toxins from your body.
