I'm apparently Lutheran (in northern Germany, it's just called "evangelisch"). Saturday is basically another work day where you don't go to work, but still work, anyway
It is the same in Finland. Work vacation counts Saturday, even though the work isn't on a Saturday silly! So to get three weeks of holiday, you need 18 days of holidays.
hey, at least you don't need 21 days. Here in Ecuador, they count Holidays and everything. That's why most companies have mandatory vacations over Christmas - you'd have the holiday anyway, but they can still discount it from your vacation.
