Enderby Cliffs Hike

in Amazing Nature3 years ago

Hey everyone, I'm new to PeakD in general and still figuring out how everything works here but it's really exciting. Wanted to share a few pictures of a hike I went on in 2019 and 2020. This is in Enderby, British Columbia, Canada. Amazing Hike that takes about 3-4 hours on average. Some incredible views of the cliffs at the end of the hike.

Finally got to the top viewpoint close to sundown, had to rush back down the trail before nightfall. This was my first time doing the hike and I really underestimated how long it would take. There were nearby forest fires at the time as you can see it's pretty hazy out. (2019)

The second time doing the hike and finished in record time. Much better weather this time and clearer skies. (2020)

You can get pretty close to the edge of the cliffs, but at your own risk. There are warning signs on the way up talking about recent landslides. wanted to share my 3 best pictures but there are plenty of opportunities along the hike to enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend the hike for anyone up for the challenge.

Absolutely right on man and gorgeous views I'm in Portland Oregon and about ready to head north to Alaska for gold mining.

Thank you very much for sharing such amazing photos of nature.

maybe one of these days we can meet and hang out I'm really glad that I followed you and this is some exceptional content.

Keep posting and I really love the work

Hey man! thank you for the kind words! initially, this community felt pretty intimidating but I'm pleasantly surprised at how interactive it is.

I'll definitely be trying to post similar content so stay tuned, but there are only so many adventures to go on during Covid...

That would be awesome man, you should definitely stop by in BC on your way!

We are the first of April I am pulling through so we will only have a limited amount of time as we are cutting North to Alaska to bump into people and hopefully I can run into some cool friends.

taking my drone as well as a bunch of other really important gear with me and we'll see what happens.

However I can't wait for my adventures!
