Extraction Of Rubber From Trees

in Amazing Nature3 years ago

Have you been to a rubber plantation before?
How does it look like in your country? What methods are used to extra the rubber from the trees?
How are the trees planted?

Are they scanty and spacious or they are planted side by side?.
I went to a rubber plantation last week. The rubber plantation location is just a few kilometers from my house.

I was forced to go there and take photos of the jungle. What even took me there was because we had this contest that was running on the hive in the Amazing Nature community.
Yes, it was to capture the roots of plants and share a story about them.

I missed the contest because before I could get my photos, the contest had already expired and the deadline was a day after I got my photos and hoping to participate in the contest.
So I used that opportunity to explore the thick bush where we have the rubber plantation.

You know when I was young, my parents and uncles used to take us to this place. To show us how most of the rubbers we use are extracted; the raw material.

Below are different shots I took from the jungle. Take a look at those trees and how the rubbers are extracted.

This is how the rubbers are extracted. A knife is used on the body of the tree, cut deep so that the milky juice would come out of the tree. There are specific pattern used for this.

A small container is placed just right below the path way that is created on the tree so that the juice can drop right inside the contain. The white extract is the rubber's raw material.

These are a few shots I took in the bush to show the plantation, how the trees are planted and how the raw materials are extracted.

The trees are quite spacious and they are in different stands.
If you have been to a rubber plantation before, tell me how you guys extract the rubber material.

Thanks for the information, I have seen a rubber tree before but I did not know how it was extracted.

Oh, that's okay. This is how our own is extracted

I never knew that there was something called rubber plantation until when I saw this post.

This doesn't seem to be a very tough thing to do especially based on the way you explained it but I'm still wondering if it can be extracted from any big tree in any area

Your camera looks pure✅

Hahaha, any tree in your area? Haba na. Don't come and disgrace our country 😂😂
If that was possible then don't you think our country wouldn't have been in the state it is now?
