Preparing Pasticho to celebrate Birthdays / Preparando Pasticho para celebrar Cumpleaños.

In many places they call it Lasagna, but I want to clarify that this Pasticho is very native to the City of Maracaibo in Venezuela since it has a layer of fried plantains that gives it a spectacular sweetness.

Ingredients:

6 plantains sliced ​​and fried in oil.
3 pack of lasagna sheets.

For the meat stew:
Ground beef or pork, red dressing, dried oregano leaves, tomatoes, onions, oil.

Bechamel sauce:
Wheat flour, dressings, salt, butter. Bacon chopped into small pieces.

Sliced ​​ham,
sliced ​​Mozzarela cheese

When we have the stewed meat and the Bechamel ready, we begin to assemble the pasticho.

We put butter on the floor of the mold and to the edges, then we place a small layer of the meat with its sauce. This will cook the pasticho sheet that is pre-cooked.

We place a layer of lasagna sheets, fried banana, ham.

We continue making layers and leave the Mozzarela cheese and the Bechamel Sauce in the last.

We bake until golden brown. To serve it, let it rest for about 15 minutes so that when it is cut it does not fall apart. We serve with Russian salad (Carrot, Potatoes and Mayonnaise)

Versión en Español:

En muchos lugares le llaman Lasaña, pero quiero aclarar que este Pasticho es muy originario de la Ciudad de Maracaibo en Venezuela ya que lleva una capa de plátanos fritos que le da un dulzor espectacular.

Ingredientes:

6 plátanos en tajadas y fritos en aceite.
3 paquete de láminas de lasaña.

Para el guiso de la carne:
Carne molida de vaca o de cerdo, aliño rojo, orégano en hojas secas, tomates, cebollas, aceite.

Salsa Bechamel:
Harina de trigo, aliños, sal, mantequilla. Tocineta picada en trocitos.

Jamón en rebanadas,
queso Mozzarela en rebanadas

Al tener la carne estofada y la Bechamel lista comenzamos a armar el pasticho.

Colocamos mantequilla en el piso del molde y a los bordes, luego colocamos una pequeña capa de la carne con su salsa. Esto hará que se cocine la lámina de pasticho que viene pre cocido.

Colocamos una capa de láminas de lasaña, plátano frito, jamón.

Seguimos haciendo capas y dejamos en la última el queso Mozzarela y la Salsa Bechamel.

Horneamos hasta que dore. Para servirlo, dejamos reposar unos 15 minutos para que al cortarlo no se deshaga. Servimos con ensalada Rusa (Zanahoria, Papas y Mayonesa)
