Hello friends, how are you doing on the weekend, I hope you guys can enjoy this weekend with friends or family. Greetings from me @asklanbudišŸ™

On this day I want to donate some photos of beetles.
A few days ago I went to a highland area, namely the gayo area, this area has such beautiful nature with high mountain views and a cold natural atmosphere, in this nature there are many natural inhabitants, such as the beetle that I found, this beetle is sized very small, and metallic blue, the size of this beetle is very small, it hides in the skull, I can't even see everything, I can only take some photos with my own cellphone.
But I tried to search about this beetle through Wikipedia
Halmus chalybeus, commonly known as the steelblue ladybird, is a species of ladybird (beetle family Coccinellidae) native to Australia. It has a round appearance with iridescent blue/green coloration and is a predator of other insects. It was introduced to New Zealand from Australia in 1899 and 1905 to control black scale and blue gum scale (see scale insect) on citrus trees,[2] where it is now common in northern regions. It has also been recorded on a San Jose scale. It is about 3-4 mm long. [2]

After I read, this beetle was named Halmus chalybeus.
Here are some photos of the Halmus chalybeus beetle
