Saludos amigos de Holos & Lotus. Hoy vengo de nuevo a filosofar. Leí una publicación del amigo @danielvehe que me llamó la atención y quise aportar a sus ideas a través de un post. Es una forma de conversar con él a través de la escritura.
Él nos habla en esta publicación acerca de las energías masculina y femenina que todos poseemos y reflexiona acerca de cómo influyen estas energías en las relaciones de pareja. Cómo a través de un equilibrio pueden funcionar dichas relaciones o cómo varían sus desenlaces dependiendo de quién posea más energía de un tipo que del otro.
En el título de su post @danielvehe nos pregunta; "¿Cuál es tu Energía, Masculina o Femenina?" y yo quiero realizar un ejercicio de autoobservación y responderle a través de esta publicación.
Mi energía es ¿masculina o femenina?
Primero comprendamos los conceptos:
Energía femenina: En diferentes lecturas y audios definen a la energía femenina como esa esencia de nuestro ser que representa la creatividad, la creación, la inspiración, imaginación, espiritualidad, la calma, la paciencia, la ternura, la búsqueda de lo bonito, la suavidad, en fin una serie de sensaciones y sentimientos que nos mantienen receptivos a crear, a gestar, a innovar y a mantenernos pasivos en armonía con el entorno.
Energía masculina: A esta energía la definen como una fuerza, una potencia que busca resolver. Una energía que representa curiosidad, impulsividad, valentía, toma de decisiones, entereza, aventura, acción, conquista, movimiento. Es una frecuencia que vibra en torno a la búsqueda de la supervivencia y que se esmera en ubicar soluciones.
Ambas energías van de la mano, la una con la otra. Complementándose y equilibrándose. Todos poseemos energías masculinas y femeninas, algunos tienen desarrollada una energía más que la otra. Esto no tiene nada que ver con el ámbito sexual, sino con la forma en la que nos relacionamos, convivimos y nos desenvolvemos. Un hombre puede tener su energía femenina más potenciada que la masculina y no por ello eso influye en su sexualidad. De igual forma en el caso de una mujer cuya energía masculina está más elevada que la femenina. Aquí estaríamos hablando de un hombre que tiende a ser más creativo, intuitivo y sensible a diferentes aspectos de la vida, y de una mujer activa, de armas tomar que se aventura a buscar soluciones y se mantiene siempre en movimiento.
¿Entonces, cómo están equilibradas mis energías?
Haciendo un ejercicio de revisión personal, podría decir que mi energía femenina está más elevada que la energía masculina. Porque me gusta mucho crear, es decir, la pintura, las manualidades, todo lo que tenga que ver con el mundo artístico me llama mucho la atención. Entro en equilibrio con mi energía masculina, porque tiendo a ser la que toma las decisiones, quizás sea parte de la misma creatividad, la capacidad para ver oportunidades y aprovecharlas.
Soy bastante intuitiva y confío en las señales que mi yo interior me envía. El mundo espiritual me atrae mucho y me gusta realizar actividades donde los rituales y las meditaciones están presentes. Además de que soy signo piscis que es uno de los signos que tiene mayor fuerza en lo femenino.
Mi lado masculino está representado por mi actitud extrovertida y elocuente. Me gusta tener iniciativa e iniciar la mayoría de los proyectos familiares, cómo planificar las fiestas, los viajes o alguna reunión grupal. Me equilibrio con la energía femenina al delegar en mis acompañantes funciones donde haya que aventurarse mucho a buscar, comprar o realizar las diligencias.
Suelo tener sueños reveladores que luego con el pasar del tiempo se cumplen, esa parte intuitiva y premonitoria de mis sueños se lo debo a mi energía femenina que me conecta más fácilmente con otras energías y frecuencias.
Mi relación de pareja, más nuestras energías masculina y femenina:
Analizando la personalidad de mi esposo, puedo decir que su energía masculina prevalece en la mayoría de sus comportamientos, sin embargo, también puedo notar el equilibrio entre sus dos energías, porque en muchas ocasiones se ve representada en sus acciones su energía femenina.
Mi esposo es aventurero. Ama acampar en la intemperie, navegar por ríos en la madrugada mientras busca pescar algún tipo de pez que solo es de caza nocturna. Es deportista y se exige entrenamientos fuertes para mantener la condición física. Es el proveedor en el hogar, es quién va de compras y realiza las diligencias importantes de la familia. De carácter un poco irascible que gracias a Dios a aprendido a controlar, estoy segura de que ha sido su energía femenina la que le ha dado las herramientas para saber convivir en armonía. Además es sigo sagitario que es uno de los signos representantes de la energía masculina.
La energía femenina de mi esposo se refleja en su sensibilidad, en la forma de criar a nuestros hijos, la ternura con la que los guía y juega con ellos, la suavidad y la sutileza con la que nos trata a mis hijas y a mí, la cualidad de tener paciencia y disfrutar de las manifestaciones del lado femenino, cómo la música, el arte, la naturaleza y otros.
¿Dónde está el equilibrio?
Al estar más elevada en mí la energía femenina y en mi esposo la masculina, creo que el equilibrio se da cuando nos complementamos en las acciones que realizamos.
Por ejemplo; Ambos trabajamos en una venta de hamburguesas, proyecto que iniciamos hace tres años y en los que a lo largo del tiempo he podido observar cómo el equilibrio de nuestras personalidades mantiene activo nuestro proyecto. En mis manos están las ideas creativas, cómo las publicidades, promociones, ofertas, concursos y más. También la creación de nuevos platos, nuevos ingredientes para las hamburguesas y perros calientes. La decoración, la ambientación y la representación de temas de moda también corre por mi cuenta, se me hace fácil y me gusta mucho hacerlo.
Mientras, mi esposo se encarga de calcular los presupuestos, analizar si las ofertas y promociones que se me ocurren son viables y factibles, realizar las compras, contactar proveedores, llevar las cuentas de lo que se gana o se pierde, atender a la mayoría de los clientes y más.
Así cómo somos en el negocio de venta de hamburguesas, somos en el hogar, yo coordino, ideo y propongo y él analiza si es factible y lo cumple, je,je,je, si, siempre ubica la forma de cumplir nuestros deseos, es cómo nuestro genio de la lámpara personal.
Sé que existen parejas con diferentes niveles de potencia en sus energías femeninas y masculinas. En el caso de mi esposo y yo nuestras energías están equilibradas muy bien, ya son 25 años de convivencia en la que nuestras energías femenina y masculina se han manifestado en armonía para los dos y para nuestra gente.
Las energías femenina y masculina son muy poderosas, forman parte total de nuestro ser, y cuando están en equilibrio nos mantienen en bienestar. Trabajar en sanarlas y equilibrarlas es muy beneficioso para nosotros.
Acá finalizo esta publicación en la que pude reconocer el equilibrio que existe en mi relación de pareja en cuanto a nuestras energías femenina y masculina se refiere.

Greetings friends of Holos & Lotus. Today I come again to philosophize. I read a publication of my friend @danielvehe that caught my attention and I wanted to contribute to his ideas through a post. It's a way to converse with him through writing.
He talks to us in this post about the masculine and feminine energies we all possess and reflects on how these energies influence couple relationships. How through a balance these relationships can work or how their outcomes vary depending on who possesses more of one type of energy than the other.
In the title of his post @danielvehe asks us; "What is your Energy, Masculine or Feminine?" and I want to perform an exercise of self-observation and answer him through this publication.
#My energy is masculine or feminine?
First let's understand the concepts:
Feminine energy: In different readings and audios define feminine energy as that essence of our being that represents creativity, creation, inspiration, imagination, spirituality, calm, patience, tenderness, the search for beauty, softness, in short a series of sensations and feelings that keep us receptive to create, to gestate, to innovate and to keep us passive in harmony with the environment.
Masculine energy: This energy is defined as a force, a power that seeks to solve. An energy that represents curiosity, impulsiveness, courage, decision making, integrity, adventure, action, conquest, movement. It is a frequency that vibrates around the search for survival and strives to find solutions.
Both energies go hand in hand, one with the other. Complementing and balancing each other. We all possess masculine and feminine energies, some have developed one energy more than the other. This has nothing to do with the sexual sphere, but with the way in which we relate, live together and develop. A man can have his feminine energy more potentiated than the masculine and that does not influence his sexuality. Likewise in the case of a woman whose masculine energy is higher than the feminine. Here we would be talking about a man who tends to be more creative, intuitive and sensitive to different aspects of life, and an active, strong-willed woman who ventures to seek solutions and is always on the move.
So how are my energies balanced?
Doing a personal review exercise, I could say that my feminine energy is higher than my masculine energy. Because I like to create a lot, that is, painting, crafts, everything that has to do with the artistic world attracts me a lot of attention. I enter in balance with my masculine energy, because I tend to be the one who makes the decisions, maybe it's part of the same creativity, the ability to see opportunities and take advantage of them.
I am quite intuitive and trust the signals my inner self sends me. The spiritual world attracts me a lot and I like to do activities where rituals and meditations are present. Besides, I am a Pisces sign, which is one of the signs that has the most feminine strength.
My masculine side is represented by my extroverted and eloquent attitude. I like to take initiative and initiate most family projects, such as party planning, travel or group meetings. I balance myself with feminine energy by delegating to my companions functions where there is a great deal of adventurous searching, shopping or running errands.
I tend to have revealing dreams that later with the passing of time are fulfilled, this intuitive and premonitory part of my dreams I owe to my feminine energy that connects me more easily with other energies and frequencies.
My relationship as a couple, plus our male and female energies:
Analyzing my husband's personality, I can say that his masculine energy prevails in most of his behaviors, however, I can also notice the balance between his two energies, because in many occasions his feminine energy is represented in his actions.
My husband is adventurous. He loves camping in the open, navigating rivers in the early morning while looking to catch some kind of fish that is only hunted at night. He is sporty and demands hard workouts to maintain physical condition. He is the provider in the home, he is the one who goes shopping and runs the important errands of the family. She has a somewhat irascible character that thanks to God she has learned to control, I am sure that it has been her feminine energy that has given her the tools to know how to live in harmony. He is also a Sagittarius, which is one of the signs representing masculine energy.
My husband's feminine energy is reflected in his sensitivity, in the way he raises our children, the tenderness with which he guides them and plays with them, the softness and subtlety with which he treats my daughters and me, the quality of having patience and enjoying the manifestations of the feminine side, such as music, art, nature and others.
Where is the balance?
As the feminine energy is higher in me and the masculine in my husband, I believe that the balance is when we complement each other in the actions we take.
For example; We both work in a hamburger business, a project we started three years ago and throughout the time I have been able to observe how the balance of our personalities keeps our project active. In my hands are the creative ideas, such as advertising, promotions, offers, contests and more. Also the creation of new dishes, new ingredients for burgers and hot dogs. The decoration, the ambiance and the representation of fashion themes is also in my hands, it's easy for me and I really enjoy doing it.
Meanwhile, my husband is in charge of calculating budgets, analyzing if the offers and promotions I come up with are viable and feasible, making purchases, contacting suppliers, keeping the accounts of what is earned or lost, taking care of most of the customers and more.
Just as we are in the business of selling hamburgers, we are at home, I coordinate, devise and propose and he analyzes if it is feasible and fulfills it, heh, heh, heh, yes, he always finds a way to fulfill our desires, he is like our personal genie of the lamp.
I know that there are couples with different levels of potency in their feminine and masculine energies. In the case of my husband and I our energies are very well balanced, we have been living together for 25 years in which our feminine and masculine energies have manifested in harmony for both of us and for our people.
The feminine and masculine energies are very powerful, they are a total part of our being, and when they are in balance they keep us in well-being. Working on healing and balancing them is very beneficial for us.
Here I end this publication in which I was able to recognize the balance that exists in my relationship as a couple as far as our feminine and masculine energies are concerned.
