Splinterlands Battle | Giant Roc.

Giant Roc(COMMON Fire Monster).
This is the monster with the "Reach" ability which I usually used almost in every battle that I fought with the fire splinter until I've found something better. Normally I didn't like it at the beginning of playing splinterlands but then I've found out this one is helpful at the second position for its "Reach" ability. Then I kept using it on the battlefield while it comes to play with the fire splinter. Then I've found a better monster with the "Reach" ability and stopped using him that often. But still, I like to use it when the battle has a low mana cap.
A Brief Info About The Battle
The battle mana cap was 21 with the "Standard" rule where I've used the fire splinter and my opponent used the life splinter against me.
My Lineup.
After selecting Tarsa as the summoner, I had Living Lava with 3 melee attacks & the "Shield" ability at the 1st position, Giant Roc with a melee attack & the "Reach and Fire" abilities at the 2nd position, Tenyii Striker with 2 melee attacks & the "Sneak" ability at the 3rd position and Furious Chicken at the last position.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Gargoya Scrapper with 1 melee attack at the 1st position, Stitch Leech with 2 melee attacks & the "Sneak" ability at the 2nd position, Time Mage with a magci attack & the "Slow" ability at the 3rd position, Truthspeaker with the "Protect" ability at the 4th position, Herbalist with a ranged attack at the 5th position and Portal Spinner with 2 ranged attacks & the "Scattershot" ability at the last position.

For the special buff of my summoner, all my monsters except the chicken got +1 melee attack each and all my monsters got +1 health each, and for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, all the opponent monsters got +1 health each. Then for the special "Slow" ability of the opponent's Tiem Mage, 2 of my monsters lost 1 speed each who had more than 1 speed, and for the special "Protect" ability of the opponent's Truthspeaker, all the opponent monsters got 2 shields each.

Then... for being the most speed holder, my opponent's Time Mage started the battle with the first attack and killed 1 health of my Living Lava ignoring the shields. Then the opponent's Portal Spinner threw its ranged attack towards my Furious Chicken and grilled the chicken. Then the opponent's tank monster Gargoya Scrapper attacked my Living Lava but my Living Lava evaded that attack for having the "Shield" ability that reduces damage from melee and ranged attacks. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Living Lava and my Living Lava evaded this attack as well. Then my living lava used its big melee attack and destroyed the full shield of the opponent's Gargoya Scrapper. Then my Tenyii Striker attacked and destroyed the shield of the opponent's Portal Spinner. Then the opponent's Stitch Leech attacked and killed 2 health of my Tenyii Striker. Then my Giant Roc attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Gargoya Scrapper out of 3.

There came a new round where the opponent's Time Mage first attacked and killed 1 health of my Living Lava and then the opponent's Portal Spinner attacked my Giant Roc but missed as my Giant Roc had the "Flying" ability that has an increased chance of evading melee and ranged attacks from monsters who do not have the "Flying" ability. Then the opponent's Gargoya Scrapper attacked my Living Lava and my Living Lava evaded the attack again. And then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Living Lava and my Living Lava evaded this attack as well, thanks to the "Shield" ability. Then my Tenyii Striker attacked and killed 3 health of the opponent's Portal Spinner out of 4. And then my Living Lava used 4 melee attacks on the opponent's Gargoya Scrapper who had only 1 health left so the opponent monster had to leave the battlefield and my Living Lava wasted the big attack on a small thing. The opponent's Stitch Leech then came forward to the first position and it attacked and destroyed only 1 shield of my Living Lava out of 2. Then my Giant Roc attacked and destroyed the full shield of the opponent's Stitch Leech. There came a new round where the opponent's Time Mage attacked first again and killed 1 health of my Living Lava. Then the opponent's Portal Spinner attacked and killed 2 health of my Giant Roc. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Living Lava and my Living Lava evaded the attack again. Then my Living Lava attacked the opponent's Stitch Leech with 4 melee attacks while the opponent monster also had 4 health left and my Living Lava killed all the health of the opponent monster with a single shot and the opponent monster had to leave the battlefield and the opponent's Time Mage came forward to the first position. My Tenyii Striker attacked and killed the opponent's Portal Spinner for good then. Then my Giant Roc attacked the opponent's Time Mage and missed the shot but I don't understand why this shot has been missed as there's nothing that can be the cause.

There came another round and the opponent's Time Mage attacked and killed 1 more health o my Living Lava. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Living Lava again and my Living Lava evaded the attack again. Then my Tenyii Striker attacked and destroyed the full shield of the opponent's Herbalist. Then my Living Lava attacked and destroyed the full shield of the opponent's Time Mage. And then my Giant Roc attacked and killed 2 health of the opponent's Time Mage. There came another new round where the opponent's Time Mage attacked and killed 1 last health of my Living Lava for the last time it seems as my Living Lava should gonna kill the opponent's Time Mage after a while. Then the opponent's Herbalist attacked my Living Lava one last time as my Tenyii Striker should kill that opponent's monster as well very soon and my Living Lava evaded the attack again and the prophecy came true with my Teniyy Striker killing the opponent's Herbalist right after this and then my Living Lava attacked and killed the opponent's Time Mage as well and my monsters got their speed back that they lost for the "Slow" ability of the opponent's Time Mage. Then the only opponent monster Truthspeaker came forward to the first position without having any attack power and I had 3 monsters left with good health which means victory is for me for sure. Then first my Giant Roc attacked and destroyed the full shield of the opponent's only monster Truthspeaker and then there came a new round which should be the final round. My Tenyii Striker threw his sword and killed the opponent's Truthspeaker for good and the opponent team had to leave the battlefield.
The battle finished in round 6 while my team had 3 monsters alive. All my monsters did great on the battlefield.
