It's time for weekly challenge!

I don't have this card but it's free to use so I was able to use it during my battle.

Thoughts about chaos knight
Would be useful in a medium amount mana ruleset since it costs 6 mana. Against monster that has the torn ability, their shield would definitely help minimise the damage caused.
Let us begin with the battle. And oh look at the divider I added, it's finally a transparent background.
Battle
The battle mana cap was 18 with the Standard ruleset.
We both chose different splinters and the opponent had 5 cards while I had 4.
Round 1
The opponent's sneak attack was taken out by my opportunity attack, 1 card down. Now we have equal cards, don't we?
Round 2
3 of my opponent's cards have already been taken out and my chaos knight is still going strong! 2 health left, enough to last the 1 damage from cursed windeku attack and another from its torn ability.
Round 3
Last card KO'ed and I secured victory with 2 cards left. Although the chaos knight got KO'ed by the opponent, it still managed to reduced the damage done by the torn ability (cursed windeku) which could have been painful for the melee cards behind since they do not have the shield ability.
My strategy definitely worked as it took out the cards behind before it could deal damage to mine. This saved some health for my melee attack to deal some damage to the card with torn ability, helping ease the burden for chaos knight. Though only 1 damage was done to cursed windeku by celestial harpy, it's the little things that count into battle win.
Do I like the Chaos Knight?
Well, I don't really use chaos knight a lot but when the opportunity rises, I would definitely use it. This card has a similar ability to living lava as both has shield. Here's a living lava compared to chaos knight, both level 1.
When I play fire, living lava would be my go to frontal charge. I guess chaos knight would be my go to frontal charge when playing life.
