Yesterday was still tough, don't get me wrong, but it was easier than the day before. My legs hurt less. They were still sore, mind you, sore enough that even walking was slighly more difficult than it should have been and I probably ended up looking just a bit like Frankenstein's monster as I woddled here and there, but the pain was less. Less is good!
@freecompliments gave me some great advice to take some magnesium supplements to help the soreness. I didn't have a chance to visit the drug store yesterday, but will be looking to pick up some today.
I had half a mind to return to the 100 all at once like I did on the first day but my legs gave me a swift no on that one. So once again I split in into sets of 25 spaced throughout the day. I did two sets in the morning and two in the afternoon. Before bed I felt like challenging myself to another set, so I did a final one giving me a total of 125 for the day.
And that put in mind a new challenge! I started this challenge two days late, so I want to at least catch up to where I should be. That means I need I have an extra 200 to catch up on—well, an extra 175 after today.
Anyway, that brings me to 425 for the month!
This morning I feel even better. Still sore, but less so than yesterday. Is this the day I return to doing all 100 at once? We shall find out! I'll let you know in my next post.

Great work!! Now I'm also starting to feel like I want to keep on going after my first 100 squats. Doing that little extra feels so satisfying.

I laughed more than I should... I'm the laziest one, due to your motivation and that of pardinus and dbooster, it led me to take part in the challenge. Now that I've made the commitment, I can't give up! Ahahah

You're catching up too, awesome! still have 270 to catch up but slight soreness and tons of work made me delay them hope to be in the clear this week already.
Thanks! I'm still a ways beyond slight soreness, but it is getting better. A new workout always involves a few days of soreness, and I haven't really challenged these muscles for 25 years, so it's no wonder they are screaming at me.
