We're well into harvest season with several of the plants in the garden already bearing their "fruit" while others will hold back until closer to winter.

Really nice growth. Can Jerusalem artichokes be harvested in areas where the frost is extreme or would they be damaged by the frost? Maybe if they were covered in straw for insulation or something.
I hear they're not damaged, but difficult to pull out of hard frozen ground.
Hi @cahlen! Thanks for the Update, and nice work with your garden!
I think I have one Amarant plant in my garden, but I have no idea how to harvest it! Do you have any Tomatoes in your garden? I've been having some issues with my tomatoe plants this year.
Best regards!
The only time I tried growing tomatoes they were eaten by a giant caterpillar.
A giant caterpillar??? Wow! I've never had that problem!
In the past, my tomatoes have suffered from bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum). Not this year, thank God.
