I have planted a forth cannabis plant outside, though its tiny right now. It still has time to grow somewhat big by the time it should start flowering with the rest of them. This seedling will serve as my test plant, its a strain called Blue Dream. A 50/50 hybrid, chances are the buds will rot on it. But, if the ones on the Desfran strain does not. We will know I was onto something about focusing on genetics for the region. Since it gets so hot and humid here, I must pick strains that can handle that. Otherwise stress and bud rot can occur.

Using little plantable pots, it only takes a week for the seedling to shoot roots out of the bottom of the cardboard container.
I got it planted a few days ago, and luckily its still around and seems to be growing.
Hoping the best for it, though now its a race against time. I do hope they get big enough to flower in time.
Pretty crazy how bushy these other three plants are getting.
I was expecting them to be taller by now, but its possible they will be when they start stretching during the flowering period. Sometimes doubling in height.
Keep forgetting to bring out my measuring tape, but I think they are over four feet tall now.
Hah! So bushy they are nearly reaching each other. Only about a foot or two between them. May need to make a bigger area next year for them!
This summer has been a rough one, triple digit temps and very little rain. But I have given them many gallons of water from my well. So they are doing okay.
Most of them look quite happy, a bunch of green all over.
Though it may be time to start fertilizing them now. I added granular fertilizer when I planted them. And months later I think its all depleted. Probably gonna start using my liquid fertilizers.
Not only these plants are bushy, but quite stout as well. The stems are getting massive. Good to see, hopefully will support some big buds.
From a far you can really see how big they have gotten. I really need to get a measuring stick out there to see how big they really are. But am thinking four feet wide and four feet tall. If I was to try to put these in a standard 4x4 tent only one would fit with no space around it.. lol These outdoor plants are getting huge, really looking forward to see what comes next with them.

is it possible use systems like solar-powered fans to reduce heat and disperse fine water particles ?
I think you are imagining what is known as a swamp cooler. Those do not work in humid environments like where I live. Would probably make the mold problem worse.
The plants seem to handle the heat fine it's more of the humidity that is the issue for the flowers.

I sometimes see that when I'm writing my posts. If I refresh the page a few times they all end up loading. When I go to the urls directly they load every time. So I think it's a front end issue.

Thanks very much. I do hope if I get them all tuned in they will do much better. But it's hard to say I have only been growing outdoors for a few years now. So I think eventually I will get the hang of it.
with those plants you will harvest more than me in my last season, with 2 big plants i got 1000grs :D
