I know, they are kind old delicies ...hard to find now......Have u ever tried fresh bamboos? Kind of a tribal food in my area...

The tribal people make few and it smells like Mutton...I tried pakoras of it and it's taste delicious..the fresh bamboos are fresh and soft so can easily be grated or messed.
