Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all Hope everyone is doing well by the grace of God. I am also very well by the grace of Allah Ta'ala. I am going to share a great post with you today. Today's post is basically a very easy to make hilsa fish recipe. Today's recipe is very special. Let's start today's recipe post.

Here are the ingredients needed to make the recipe:

  • Hilsa fish
  • Chopped onion-250 grams
  • Chilli Kuchi - 250 gms
  • Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon
  • Soybean oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Amount of salt
  • water
  • Sun powder
  • Cross-examination
  • Wood fruit

To make this recipe first one kg of hilsa is taken. Then the hilsa is chopped into small pieces. And the size of this hilsa is roughly. Then the fish should be cleaned very carefully. Because the fish is very sticky. They must be cleaned thoroughly. A pot is then taken. The fishes are kept in the pot. Then all the batters are taken out one by one. First, chopped onions are added to the hilsa. After that chili is chopped. And then everything is given one by one.

In addition, when all the spices that need to be added, soybean oil is added. Soybean oil is added to mix everything together well. And this marination must be done well. After mixing everything well, in a wok. Then everything is given in between. Mix well after adding everything. And it took about an hour to prepare. If you take some time to do these complete steps, it will be much easier to cook.

What about this hilsa fish eggs are found in large quantities and want to share that you should not cook these eggs through hilsa fish. Because the days will be divided into separate parts. You can cook it separately if you want and also fry it.

After that, you have to use water at some point to cook. Of course half a liter of water should be given in one kg of fish. After that, the water should be dried well. But do not dry too much. If it burns for 20 to 25 minutes then there will be enough water. And I do that. Then cook for a few more minutes. But it should reduce the heat of the fire completely. Then keep it on the stove for a few minutes.

And after so much work, finally our hilsa fish recipe is made very easily. And it is much more delicious to eat. You know the most delicious fish is hilsa. Cooking this fish like this definitely makes it much more enjoyable to eat. And if it is served hot, it gets more taste. And this was our easy recipe for today's hilsa fish.
