I share with you this photo of my niece playing with sparklers. I love this photo not only because my niece is on it, but all that it meant to take it. She has Autism, and making her look into the camera sometimes is quite challenging. I literally pursued her through the street trying to capture a good playful moment. I took nearly 50 shots before obtaining this one. Then, the magic happened. She looked at me directly, showed me her sparkler, and posed!
Once I took it, I ran into showing everyone. I love this shot because it is a reminder of that phrase Dumbledore said in the Harry Potter series. We just have to remember to turn on our inner light once in dark times. This photo was taken on December 31th, 2019; oh boy how right was to think this before we received 2020.
Maybe you have experienced days where hope seems lost, I do experience them too. Just try to remember to keep your light on and shining. Be a light wherever you are and whenever you can.

Hermoso mensaje, pero más bella la foto. La valoro, por que se lo que cuesta tomarle una foto a un niño con condición especial, lo vivo a diario con mi 2da hija, claro ella no es autista y estos niños en particular tienen una mirada única y profunda, tanto, que pueden hablarnos a traves de su mirada. Creo que es una de las mejores fotos que tienes.
Es así Eli, todo un reto pero eso solo hace mas valioso cuando por fín logras algo con ellos por muy sencillo que parezca.

La foto es mágica, casi pareciera que la hubieras planeado y es una excelente reflexión, el coronavirus trajo mucha incertidumbre e inseguridad, pero aun así podemos ver esos destellos de luz que nos hacen impulsan a reinventarnos
