C'est difficile d'avoir 10.000 pas !

Il est presque 15h, on a pas arrêté de marcher, de se promener, de trouver des excuses pour se déplacer à pied...

On est allé jusqu'au Colruyt, le terrain partagé, même jusque la boucherie de l'autre côté...

Et nous n'en sommes rendu qu'à 9K ...

Pour réussir à faire les 10K pas/par jour sans y passer la journée, faudra donc qu'on réussisse à monter la cadence, sinon cela va vite me saouler d'y passer toute la journée...

5Km minimum/jour ... C'est selon moi la distance pour les 10K vu les pas qu'on fait... A 20ans cela prend 1h30, voire une heure en marche dynamique ... Un arthrosé, obviously, il a besoin de plus de temps, mdr... Mais doit-on vraiment sacrifier l'entièreté de la matinée ou de l'après midi sous prétexte que quelqu'un a déclaré qu'il fallait faire 10K/jour ?

Faut être sacrément motivé, non ? :)

Envie de me motiver ... On verra si je peux y arriver, ou si cela deviendra plus facile avec l'entrainement...

Je vais quand même essayer de les avoir ... Aujourd'hui, et je dois aussi faire les exercices Kiné ... Mais là les pas sont pas, ou mal, comptés...

Cela m'aiderait en tous les cas de commencer à voir les bienfaits de tous ces efforts ... Ils trainent là, à mon goût ...

Une météo trop chaude ou trop pluvieuse ne motive pas .. avec le soleil, il y a le risque d'insolation et coup de soleil (+ déshydratation).
C'est clair qu'on n'a plus 20 ans, donc un peu + chaque jour, progressivement !
On pourrait une fois aller jusqu'au Trafic, si on a besoin de l'une ou l'autre petite chose .. mais il n'y a pas de vrai trottoir, c'est embêtant.
En tout cas, on a pris le soleil !
