¡Feliz domingo! Espero que hayan tenido un lindo día, el mío lo fue y se debe a que pasamos un buen y agradable domingo compartiendo una vez más en casa de mis suegros, esta vez preparando unas ricas cachapas para almorzar.
Happy Sunday! I hope you had a nice day, mine was and it is because we spent a good and pleasant Sunday sharing once again at my in-laws' house, this time preparing some delicious cachapas for lunch.
Al llegar nos encontramos con un gran saco de maíz así que nos pusimos manos a la obra, entre Dani y mi suegro se encargaron de pelar el maíz para luego desgranarlo y licuarlo para preparar las cachapas, para acompañarlas mi suegra preparó un delicioso pollo guisado con mazorca y como toque final un rico queso de mano, todo en combinación dio como resultado un exquisito platillo que todos disfrutamos y que por cierto yo tenía mucho tiempo con ganas de comer.
When we arrived we found a large sack of corn so we got to work, between Dani and my father-in-law they were in charge of peeling the corn and then shelling it and blending it to prepare the cachapas, to accompany them my mother-in-law prepared a delicious chicken stewed with cob and as a final touch a delicious hand cheese, everything in combination resulted in an exquisite dish that we all enjoyed and that by the way I had been wanting to eat for a long time.
Este fue un domingo bastante agradable y con buena comida, donde pudimos compartir, pasar tiempo en familia y jugando con la pequeña Amaya hasta el cansancio.
This was a very pleasant Sunday with good food, where we were able to share, spend time with family and playing with little Amaya until we were tired.

Ufff!! Qué divino! Tengo demasiado tiempo sin comerme una buena cachapa. Hacerlas uno mismo lleva bastante trabajo pero el resultado hace que valga la pena. Sin dudas, esas se ven espectaculares.
