Hey LikeTu and Hive community, I hope everyone is having a great day\night wherever you are.
I'd really love to help the LikeTu community get in amazing shape this year. I plan to post weekly tips and tricks on building healthier habbits and I also want to provide insightful advice to anyone just starting your fitness journey. It also be great to communicate with people who may have lost some motivation or have hit a plateau in training. Discussions around these topics will hopefully inspire the wider Hive community and I cannot wait to share some of the lessons I've learnt along the way.
There's never been a better time to get in shape, and it really isn't as hard as some people would have you believe. What if I told you that you could eat chocolate everyday and still loose weight!? Well that's the topic of my next post, so stay tuned.

Always interesting to learn from others on fitness. So many people are beginning to see the benefits of staying healthy and fit, it only took a pandemic to wake them up!
This is so true, your health should be the single most important thing. Its only when it's in jeopardy that people stop to think
