Yoyoyo runners !!!
Another day waking up full of energy and motivation for today’s workout.
As usual, my day started with breakfast and classes at university.
After getting back to the university dorm where I live and putting on my running gear, I headed toward the stadium.
Another reason I was so happy today was my new shoes — I couldn’t wait to break them in with a hard workout.



Workout timeline:
- 3K Warm Up (6:30 → 6:00 → 5:30 /km)
- 2' R
- 4x100m strides in 20s, 1:30 R between
- 2' R !drink water
- 5×(800m in 3'20'' + 400m in 3')
- 15' Cool Down (7:00/km)

I have no complaints about today’s workout. I hit all the target times as planned and finished the session with solid endurance — exactly how every interval workout should end.

Also, the next races I’ve signed up for are a 5K on January 18, 2026, and a half marathon on March 29, 2026.
A small personal prediction for the 5K would be a sub-22 finish, of course we’ll see how things go over the next period, especially when I start adding 1K and 1.6K reps into my interval sessions.
