Hello everyone, it's a beautiful day over here. Today, i will be sharing you a recipe of how to prepare fish stew but one thing that is spectacular in this recipe is the usage of palm oil. As we all know, the importance of palm oil can not be over emphasized which include treatment of high cholesterol, high blood pressure and lots more.
So today I will be using palm oil instead of vegetable oil. I'm sure if you give it a try you will surely love it.
Just chill and carefully follow me as i share you the preparation of fish stew.
INGREDIENT
• Pepper
• Tomato
• Onion
• Fish
• Palm oil
• Salt
• Seasoning cube
PREPARATION
• Blend the pepper, tomatoes and the onion altogether.
• Put a clean pot on the heat (i.e gas cooker or electric cooker).
• Pour in the palm oil into the clean pot and allow it to melt.
• Add the sliced onions into hot oil and allow it to fry for about 2minutes.
I wish you could smell the aroma of the fried onion, it smells so nice.
• Add the blended mixtures of pepper, tomatoes and onion into the oil.
• Allow it to get cook for about 5minutes.
• Then add your fish, you can use any type of fish either smoked or dry fish.
• Add salt and seasoning cube. Stir it.
• Allowed it to get cooked for about 10minutes.
Wow!!! Fish stew is Ready........
I'm super excited, I wish you could smell the aroma over here. It's so delicious and highly nutritious. The fish stew can be served with rice, bean, yam and lots more.
