My self-esteem is at a thousand at this moment, because I am an Amazon, a strong woman in all aspects and willing to keep improving myself. My first months training were catastrophic, the truth was that I felt very sorry to be in a place where I did not belong because I saw disciplined people, girls with a lot of strength, all of them beautiful and I looked like a pounded avocado that only wanted to go unnoticed so that no one would observe me. By that time my trainer was talking to me and I was always with a blank mind, he was guiding me to work properly on the weight machines and I just obeyed without understanding anything because my shyness does not even let me speak.
Hola, me puse a recordar cuando pise por primera vez el gym y me parece increíble todo lo que he logrado tanto en salud como en condición fiscal, mental y emocional. El autoestima a mil en este momento, porque soy una amazonas, una mujer fuerte en todo los aspectos y dispuesta a seguir superándome. Mis primeros meses entrenando fueron catastróficos, la verdad sentía mucha pena de estar en un lugar al que no pertenecía porque veía personas disciplinadas, chicas con muchísima fuerza, todas ellas hermosas y yo parecía un aguacate aporreado que solo deseaba pasar desapercibida para que nadie me observara. Para ese momento mi entrenador me hablaba y yo siempre estaba con la mente en blanco, el me orientaba para que trabajará adecuadamente en las máquinas de musculación y yo solo obedecía sin comprender nada porque mi timidez no me deja ni hablar.
Over time and with the weight loss I began to gain confidence in me, then it was that I understood everything, my coach from the beginning has always encouraged me and trusted me, he has always known what I'm made of and was patient waiting for my progress, he motivated me and through that positive feeling of knowing that I could conquer the techniques of each exercise and to master the weight of the machines was putting me more complex exercises, with higher weights or overload. Impossible not to accept the challenge, when I managed to lose more than 18 kilograms based on discipline, perseverance, dedication and an extraordinary coach who guides me, motivates me and challenges me constantly, I knew and I know that I am in my prime.
Con el tiempo y con la perdida de peso comencé a ganar confianza en mi, entonces fue que lo comprendí todo, mi entrenador desde un principio siempre me ha alentado y confiado en mi, el siempre ha sabido de que estoy hecha y fue paciente esperando mis progresos, el me motivó y a través de esa sensación positiva de saber que podía conquistar las técnicas de cada ejercicios y de poder dominar el peso de las máquinas me fue poniendo ejercicios más complejos, con pesos superiores o sobre carga. Imposible no aceptar el reto, cuando logre perde más de 18 kilogramos a base de disciplina, constancia, dedicación y de un extraordinario coach que me orienta, me motiva y me reta constantemente, sabía y se que estoy en mi prime.
