This initiative is thanks to @qurator in its "Hive top chef" challenge. Where garlic is the main ingredient. Garlic is an essential vegetable to spice up our meals, it gives an exquisite taste

In this opportunity we will prepare Eggplants with garlic, a very rich and easy to prepare dish.

Aubergines with garlic.

Ingredients:

• 2 eggplants.

• 5 tablespoons of butter.

• 7 cloves of garlic.

• Oregano.

Step-by-step preparation:

• We wash the aubergines very well.

• We cut them into slices, put them in water for 5 minutes so that they do not rust.

• In a separate container mix the butter, crushed garlic and oregano and salt to taste.

• With the help of a spoon we spread the mixture to the eggplant slices on both sides.

• Take it to the frying pan over a low heat for 20 minutes, cover it and it's ready.

I love this dish for a snack, I accompany it with bread.
