I have the same with my voice. It sounds so much different for me than for everyone and -thing else. Not the worst, okay, but it is weird.

And your hubby sounds just like me. Practical solutions with a touch "I love you." When Ellie is sick (which almost never happens, maybe once a year), I bring her salad and sometimes special stuff like mint oil. She lives with her family, so she's usually taken care off, anyway - but it's the gesture.

Yes, vacation time, the body relaxes and let's all the virus float through the body that it held back for the previous months :-D I hope it won't happen, and if it does, that he recovers quickly!
