What's up, Hivers. There are many successful bands in the world but few have reached success with a single single and then have had a relative disappearance, this is the case of "JET" that perhaps from my personal perception, I see it that way, although I have seen in several newspapers and magazines that are known as the one hit band. This is an alternative rock band native to Melbourne Australia, formed in 2001 and is known for that style of the eighties where they fuse with current alternative rock. This band gave its very undeground beginnings, making its first production at the home of one of its members, which was “Dirty Sweet”,

having a good reception, which gives them the opportunity to get a record label that would like to produce their music and distribute it. Then they have created more albums, some known and others not so much, being their last production in 2009 and since then it has not been heard of whether they are going to release a new album. But it is their song "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" which was part of a nockelodeon series that gave them a fame that traveled all over the world and so far they have not surpassed that success.

Existen muchas bandas exitosas en el mundo pero pocas han llegado al éxito con un solo sencillo y luego han tenido una relativa desaparición, este es el caso de “JET” que tal vez por mi percepción personal, lo veo así, aunque he visto en varios diarios y revistas que son conocidos como la banda de un solo éxito. Esta es una banda de rock alternativo nativa de Melbourne Australia, formada en el año 2001 y es conocida por ese estilo de los ochentas donde fusionan con el rock alternativo actual. Esta banda dio sus inicios muy undeground, haciendo su primera producción en la casa de uno de sus integrantes, el cual fue “Dirty Sweet”, teniendo éste una buena acogida, que les da la oportunidad de conseguir una casa disquera que les quisiera producir su música y distribuirla. Luego han creado mas álbumes algunos conocidos y otros no tanto, siendo su última producción en el año 2009 y desde entonces no se ha vuelto a escuchar de si van a lanzar un nuevo disco. Pero es su tema "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" el cual formó parte de una serie de nockelodeon quien les diera una fama que recorrió todo el mundo y hasta ahora no han superado ese éxito.
