Siempre me dio curiosidad todo aquello a lo que solemos determinar como fuente de inspiración y es que todos nosotros tenemos distintos significados o, más allá de significados, tenemos diferentes fuentes de inspiración que nos permite trabajar en función a algo.
Es muy probable que las cosas que me funcionan a mí no lo sean para ti y viceversa. Lo mismo sucede con la creación de hábitos y los métodos de estudio.
Pero hoy me gustaría compartir cuáles son mis fuentes de inspiración y a su vez, que efectos positivos generan en mi.

La verdad es que suelo perder la inspiración o motivación bastante rápido, lo que generalmente suele mantenerme en marcha es la disciplina y constancia, ya que si dependiese únicamente de lo primero no hubiese logrado muchas cosas para ser honesta.
Pero también es verdad que he conseguido trucos para recuperar más a menudo la inspiración y realizar trabajos que para mí son increíbles. Además, son de suma importancia para mí porque me permiten dar inicio a proyectos que se terminan convirtiendo en algo grande.

Cuando quiero cambiar de posición los muebles de mi habitación, si me hace falta un poco de inspiración para vestirme, lo utilizo como herramienta de visualización y también, evidentemente, para mis dibujos.
Café en las mañanas: esto puede que os suene un poco extraño, pero para mí no lo es, cada vez que me permito acompañar mi desayuno con una taza de café es como si mi cerebro estuviese super estimulado y todas las ideas salen a la luz. Es por ello que cada vez que hago journaling tengo mi taza de café cerca.

Tampoco invierto muchísimo tiempo en estas plataformas, suelo ver los videos cuando estoy en alguna de mis comidas, el resto de mi día siempre estoy trabajando en algo. Pero creo que esto es lo que más me ha ayudado en cuanto a éste tema.
La Naturaleza: cuando estoy rodeada de la naturaleza es dónde más inspiración se me viene a la cabeza para escribir, sólo para escribir. Digamos que si estoy interesada en escribir algún libro, alguna historia corta o relato, debo hacerlo siempre en un espacio natural.
Cuando estoy en casa la verdad es que no suelo tener ninguna idea para crear alguna historia.
Watching other people create: this is where YouTube videos come in, in general I am always inspired by watching other people draw, paint, write and even study. I follow a lot of personal growth, art and daily life channels.
I don't spend a lot of time on these platforms either, I usually watch the videos when I'm at one of my meals, the rest of my day I'm always working on something. But I think this is what has helped me the most in terms of this topic.
