It wasn't apparant to me, but, I can see it clearly now… Finally... up close and personal so I can make out the details. Oh, yes... sometimes I take my vision for granted. What do I mean? Have you ever take a vision test? This vision test doesn't involve any drops in our eyes or reading a chart across the room. This vision test involves holding our lives up against something that is unchanging regardless of the changes in our vision. Finally, I can see that soon, there will be changes once again, the unease of last year starting to fade, ever so slightly. The seeds are almost rooted. Weed and prune where necessary.... then get ready to let your life bloom, once again.

It was overcast and rainy all day today, diverting from our normally sunny nature. There is so much that can be said of the powerfully evocative smell of fresh rain on a Spring Day. Unexpected, yet welcome; stirring the lives all around me.
I just look around me and take in the splendor of life. I find myself taking more time to do the latter, even if it is only for a brief moment in my day, it somehow gives me enough peace in my soul.

I haven't been vaccinated yet (my little corner of AZ isn't getting much) so my long term vision is sort of the same. I do detect a small bit of light at the end of the tunnel, particularly if I use my peripheral vision :)

Yesterday was gray (outside)..... and when I stepped out on my back porch, for a moment, that fluffy white Bradford Pear tree blooms against the gray sky made them look like they were covered in snow instead. Just a split second illusion.
I'm excitedly waiting for the blanket of green to burst out.
It is pretty exciting, isn't it? It is on the cusp of it all! Even the lilacs are popping the green and my Bradford pear has puffy little buds. We all know what that means! Yesterday was pretty gray and we even got rain, but, everything is all refreshed looking today and the sun popped out moments ago. That makes ME smile, as it was supposed to be a rainy day!
The weather people should really be replaced, they are never right unless they are talking bad weather! Here is looking forward to the weekend! Yay!

I have to admit, nature never lets me down either. Each season has its charm, I just happen to get deliriously happy over spring. Must have to do with the renewal and beginning again.
