Greetings friends Hivers, this recipe of Mango Sardine Ceviche, that I'm going to share with you in this post is a delight, it was one of the cold salads that my wife liked the most; it's good to note that this recipe is easy to prepare and quite inexpensive, at least in my country, Venezuela, because it's the middle of the mango harvest season, and the sardine in my country has always been a plentiful and present food on the table of Venezuelans, I want to emphasize that the sardines used for this Ceviche I bought already filleted, the price I paid for a 1 kilogram tray was $ 1 (American dollar), I like them filleted because it's comfortable and easy to work with them in the kitchen, but also if you prefer you can buy them whole.

- 🥭 Un Mango maduro grande ✔️ A large ripe Mango.
- 🧅 Una cebolla mediana ✔️ One medium onion.
- 🐟 Medio kilogramos de sardinas fileteadas ✔️ Half a kilogram of filleted sardines.
- 🍋 Tres limones grandes ✔️ Three large lemons.
- 🍾 Media taza de aceite de maíz o soya ✔️ Half a cup of corn or soybean oil.
- 🥄 Una cucharada de Vinagre ✔️ A spoonful of Vinegar.
- 🌶️ Jalapeño al gusto ✔️ Jalapeño to taste.

- Una vez integrados todos los ingredientes, procedemos a agregar sal y jalapeño al gusto, luego colocamos la preparación en vasos de vidrio cortos, y decoramos con hojas de cilantro; esta receta yo la acompaño con un pan de yuca, que los venezolanos llamamos CASABE, para mi es el acompañante ideal, pero también queda muy bien con pan tostado con ajo y perejil; y mejor aún con arroz blanco y vegetales al vapor.
