Hello good day friends, this afternoon I decided to prepare melon (Egusi) soup with pumpkin leaf. This type of soup is very nutritious and it's very common around here. It's used to eat solid food like eba, semo and so on. I will explain how
INGREDIENTS USED IN PREPARING THE MELON SOUP WITH PUMPKIN LEAF
- Grinded melon
- Pumpkin leaf
- Red pepper
- Locust beans (iru)
- Cow skin
SLICE THE PUMPKIN LEAF
SLICING THE COW SKIN
USED MANUAL BLENDER TO GRIND THE PEPPER
ADD SOME RED OIL INTO THE POT AND ALLOW TO GET HOT
ADD THE MIXED MELON INTO THE HOT RED OIL
ADD THE GRINDED PEPPER
ADD THE SLICED PUMPKIN LEAF
I ADDED CHICKEN INTO THE SOUP
THE SOUP IS READY TO BE SERVED
