In the mornings when I wake up at about 6 a.m., after my cleaning my husband gives me a cup of hot coffee, I go out in front of my house where there is a small square and there are some bushes, right in front of my house there is a dry tree and there the little birds come to flutter in the morning to delight me with their singing and that is when I enjoy my cup of coffee listening to their song, a song that tells me "hey karla you are alive, you have health, and you can hear us, this is a great blessing so today I give thank God for my ears
En las Mañanas al despertar a eso de las 6 de la mañana, luego de mi aseo mi esposo me regala una tasa de café caliente, salgo al frente de mi casa donde hay una pequeña plaza y hay algunas matas, justo en frente mi casa hay un árbol seco y ahí llegan a revolotear los pajaritos mañanero a deleitarme con su canto y es ahí en eso momento que disfruto mi tasa de café oyendo su cantar, un cantar que me dice "ey karla estas viva, tienes salud, y nos puedes oír, esto es una gran bendición por eso hoy doy gracias a Dios por Mis oídos.

Gracias padre amado por que gracias a ti tengo todo mis sentidos, gracias por despertarme este día con buena salud, gracias por mi familia y mis seres queridos, te pido en el nombre de Jesucristo sigas cuidándonos y guardandonos de todo mal, te pido misericordia por las personas enfermas, por las personas que están en estado de calle ten misericordia de ellos padre amado. Te lo pido en el nombre de Jesucristo Amén
For me, gratitude is a wonderful act of valuing and recognizing all that we receive, it is a value of great souls. Appreciation is opening the door to everything positive that the universe has for us
Para mí el agradecimiento es un acto maravilloso de valorar y reconocer todo lo que recibimos, es un valor de almas grandes. El Agradecimiento es abrir la puerta a todo lo positivo que el universo tiene preparado para nosotros.
