Mi nombre es Virginia Pineda, soy casada, madre de 3 maravillosos hijos y abuela de 3 hermosos nietos, soy amante de las plantas y los animales, me encantan los viajes y el compartir con la familia y amigos. Actualmente soy ama de casa, luego de trabajar durante 15 años en el hospital pediátrico local como Asistente de Nutrición y Dietética,(donde actualmente me encuentro desincorporada por problemas de salud) realmente fue una gran experiencia que me permitió profundizar más sobre el manejo de la Dieto-terapia en las diferentes patologías como parte importante del tratamiento para la recuperación de la salud de los pacientes, también me dio la oportunidad de vivir de cerca la situación de los niños con diferentes problemas de salud, quizás unos más que otros, pero todos de alguna manera causaron en mi un efecto que me ayudó a empatizar con muchos de ellos y sus familias; sin duda alguna fue un tiempo maravilloso y de crecimiento personal.
Hello everyone!
My name is Virginia Pineda, I am married, mother of 3 wonderful children and grandmother of 3 beautiful grandchildren, I love plants and animals, I love traveling and sharing with family and friends. I am currently a housewife, after working for 15 years in the local pediatric hospital as a Nutrition and Dietetics Assistant, (where I am currently disincorporated due to health problems) it was really a great experience that allowed me to deepen more about the management of Diet-therapy in different pathologies as an important part of the treatment for the recovery of the health of patients, it also gave me the opportunity to live closely the situation of children with different health problems, maybe some more than others, but all of them somehow caused in me an effect that helped me to empathize with many of them and their families; It was undoubtedly a wonderful time of personal growth.
Antes de eso también tuve la oportunidad de trabajar por un tiempo con personas de la tercera edad en el que estaba encargada del economato de un asilo de ancianos , creo que fue el comienzo de mi recorrido en el área de nutrición y dietética, esta vez orientada a personas con ciertas limitaciones por lo avanzado de la edad , hace poco tiempo, antes de que comenzara la pandemia, estuve como voluntaria en una fundación Internacional que atiende niños con problemas de desnutrición la cual además de orientar y ayudar a las familias a tener una mejor nutrición y a adoptar de nuevos hábitos alimenticios de de sus niños la cual otorga una atención integral para la recuperación y mejora de su calidad de vida. Hoy quiero incursionar en la comunidad Hive para interactuar y compartir con ustedes muchos de estas experiencias en relación al tema de la alimentación adecuada y como la Dieto-terapia es un factor de suma importancia en la recuperación de la salud, también les estaré compartiendo recetas de cocina, manualidades y mucho mas, espero aprender mucho de ustedes y que mis Posts puedan ser de gran utilidad para muchos de los que hacen vida en esta comunidad

that I also had the opportunity to work for a while with the elderly in which I was in charge of the commissary of a nursing home, I think it was the beginning of my journey in the area of nutrition and dietetics, this time oriented to people with certain limitations due to advanced age, a short time ago, Before the pandemic began, I was a volunteer in an international foundation that serves children with malnutrition problems which in addition to guiding and helping families to have better nutrition and adopt new eating habits of their children which provides comprehensive care for the recovery and improvement of their quality of life. Today I want to venture into the Hive community to interact and share with you many of these experiences in relation to the issue of proper nutrition and how diet therapy is an important factor in the recovery of health, I will also be sharing recipes, crafts and much more, I hope to learn a lot from you and that my posts can be useful for many of those who make life in this community.
