Today's word is: Dark
La palabra de hoy es: Oscuro
I think when we hear this word we all make a 😱 face, and it is because most of the time it is associated with bad things or something similar.
Creo que al escuchar esta palabra todos ponemos cara de 😱, y es porque la mayoría de las veces es asociada a cosas malas o algo parecido.
Personally I have tastes towards the dark. If we talk about clothes, accessories, decoration the grayscale to black is my favorite. Black cats fascinate me, they are mysterious and can be easily camouflaged at night.
En lo personal tengo gustos hacia lo oscuro. Si hablamos de ropas, accesorios, decoración la escala de grises a negro es mi preferida. Los gatos de color negro me fascinan, son misteriosos y se pueden camuflar fácilmente en las noches.
But... Is darkness only in the material? No, actually we can find a lot of darkness in a person and really those are the ones that attract me the most, I know they need help and it is necessary for them to get out of there.
This is not always bad, let's remember that this happens simply because of the absence of light... So, what can we do? Simple, when it is dark we open the window or turn on a light bulb, right? Well, many times with just a smile or a kind gesture we can illuminate that person.
Pero… ¿La oscuridad solo está en lo material? No, realmente podemos encontrar mucha oscuridad en una persona y realmente esas son las que más me atraen, sé que necesitan ayuda y es necesario que salgan de allí.
Esto no siempre es malo, recordemos que esto sucede simplemente por la ausencia de luz… Entonces, ¿Qué podemos hacer? Simple, cuando esta oscuro abrimos la ventana o encendemos un bombillo ¿verdad? Bueno, muchas veces con una sola sonrisa o un gesto amable podemos iluminar a esa persona.
I really see it like this series called Miraculous: The Adventures of Ladybug. For those who have not seen it in a nutshell is about a villain who takes advantage of the disappointments, frustrations and weaknesses of people to carry out his macabre plan through a butterfly that has darkness and the protagonists arrive to save this person through good deeds and making them see how important or useful they are.
I believe that this is our job, to give light to those people who in some way or another are submerged in darkness, after all sometimes we just need a little push to enjoy the beauties that life has; example: to get up every morning and be healthy.
Realmente lo veo como esta serie llamada Miraculous: Las aventuras de Ladybug. Para los que no la han visto en resumidas palabras trata de un villano que se aprovecha de las decepciones, frustraciones y debilidades de las personas para llevar a cabo su plan macabro por medio de una mariposa que tiene oscuridad y llegan los protagonista a salvar esta persona mediante buenas acciones y haciéndole ver lo importante o útiles que son.
Considero que ese es nuestro trabajo, llegar a darle luz a esas personas que de alguna u otra manera están sumergidas en la oscuridad, después de todo a veces solo necesitamos un empujoncito para disfrutar de las bellezas que tiene la vida; ejemplo: levantarse cada mañana y tener salud.
There are also times when we need that little ray of light to brighten our days, it's not bad to let others into our lives and charge us with positive energy.
También están las ocasiones en que nosotros necesitamos ese rayito de luz para que nos alegren los días, no está nada mal dejar que otros entren en nuestras vidas y nos carguen de energías positivas.
