Let's cook "Homemade Meatballs" (ingredients and procedure)

Good day everyone!

Here I am again with another cooking recipe to share with you guys and for my today's recipe I will show you how to make homemade Meatballs.

Meatballs is a very versatile food, you can eat it just plain fried or steamed or you can put meatballs in pasta or soup dishes and you can make many recipes with meatballs. Preparing and cooking this is also very easy so prepare all your ingredients and let's start making Homemade Meatballs.

Let's start the cooking!

Ingredients

  • ground meat 500g (beef, pork or chicken)
  • all purpose flour 300g
  • egg 3-4 pcs
  • small carrot(chopped) 1pc
  • onion(chopped) 1pc
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • MSG 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon


Procedure

First you need to put all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Then mix all ingredients properly until all the ingriedients are mixed well enough.

Then prepare a tray where you can put the meatballs and put small amount of flour in the tray to avoid sticking of meat in the tray. Then scoop 1 spoon from the meatball dough you prepare then shape it into small ball pieces.

Then after preparing the meatballs let's proceed on cooking, first preheat the pan in a very low fire with enough amount of oil to deep fry the meatballs.

Then after preheating the pan with oil, deep fry the meatballs for at least 3 minutes, and lastly put the fried meatballs in a strainer to drain the excess oil.

And that's all our fried meatballs are done, time to eat haha, if you want to eat this fried it is better to dip this in ketchup or other condements you like to make it taste better.

That's all, very easy right? And as I said earlier this food is very versatile so you can make many recipes with this, so if you ever try making this don't hesitate to experiment on other recipes using this meatballs.
