Naci en el seno de una familia conservadora, clase media, mi padre un ingeniero jubilado, mi madre una docente jubilada. Tengo dos hermanos mayores por 11 y 12 años, siendo el último en llegar al hogar. Me case a los 23 años con una mavillosa dama que me ha acompañado en un noviazgo desde el 2014, lleno de muchos detalles, periodos largos de distancia y esperas pero al final me ha brindado momentos especiales y hermosos que se van atesorando en el álbum de recuerdos de esta corta pero intensa Vida. Quiero contarles mi vida desde las 4 Facetas mas importantes y que me definen como ser humano..
Greetings my dear Followers, my name is Jesus David Miliani Perez, I am 26 years old, I live in the quality city of Guanare, capital of the Portuguese State-Venezuela. I was born into a conservative, middle-class family, my father a retired engineer, my mother a retired teacher. I have two older brothers ages 11 and 12, being the last to arrive home. I married at 23 years old with a wonderful lady who has accompanied me in a courtship since 2014, full of many details, long periods of distance and waiting but in the end she has given me special and beautiful moments that are treasured in the album of memories of this short but intense Life. I want to tell you about my life from the 4 most important Facets that define me as a human being..

JESUS CHRIST. HE IS ALIVE
Since I can remember I have attended one of the oldest Baptist churches in Venezuela, the third in the country to be more specific. I have been able to serve in different areas inside and outside of what we call Church, in addition to studying my high school at the Jesus, Maestro y Señor School, which belongs to our Church, so my world always turned and ended up converging in that beautiful place from monday to monday. There I have lived the immense love of God since I was a child, this being the most important pillar of my essence and daily growth and from which the other facets that I will continue to tell you emerge.
LA MÚSICA, UN SUEÑO DÍA Y NOCHE
MUSIC, A DREAM DAY AND NIGHT
Mi padre siempre nos llevaba a distintos lugares de Venezuela por compromisos de trabajo, con el fin de conocer y disfrutar de paisajes de este hermoso país, y siempre me acompañaba ella, que nunca podía faltar y que cambiaba algo en mí con cada palabra, con cada melodía eso que conocemos como EMOCIONES. Ella es la Música, me inspiraba y sin darme cuenta marcaba un precedente en cada lugar con cada canción, tanto que 20 años después, escuchando esas melodías me transportan a tantos lugares, llenándome nuevamente de emociones y nostalgia por esos buenos años en familia que viví. Entonces allí también estaba el increíble grupo musical de mi iglesia, lo que captaba mi atención de una manera increíble, entre melodías y ritmos adorábamos a Dios y veía como ejecutaban la batería y las guitarras, y me preguntaba siempre “como lo hacen”. Por eso cuando ya tenía 10 años de edad, después de cantar y simular ritmos en el silencio de mi habitación, en el asiento trasero del carro, en el baño, decidí participar en los coros navideños conformado por niños de mi iglesia. Y fue allí donde pude cumplir el sueño de hacer parte de una de las cosas mas hermosas creadas, LA MÚSICA, con el fin de adorar a Dios. Alguien vio mi interés desbocado de aprender más, y entonces me enseñaron a proyectar mi voz, ejecutar la batería y la guitarra. Claro, me tomo tiempo aprender, pero al cabo de un año de mucha practica e interés por aprender ya tocaba ritmos y hacia música, para mi algo tan grande y especial que de solo pensarlo me emociona. Desde los 11 años hasta la actualidad jamás me he separado de ese ministerio de Adoración, donde puedo ejecutar las más hermosas melodías para Dios. He conocido músicos y cantantes importantes de la región y el pais gracias a este talento que he cultivado todos estos años, además de visitar otras ciudades y países gracias a Dios y a ella, la Musica. Uno de esos países que visite hace 11 años fue Argentina, donde fui como músico y misionero, pero ya eso es otra faceta..
My father always took us to different places in Venezuela for work commitments, in order to know and enjoy the landscapes of this beautiful country, and she always accompanied me, who could never be absent and who changed something in me with every word, with each melody that we know as EMOTIONS. She is Music, she inspired me and without realizing it set a precedent in each place with each song, so much so that 20 years later, listening to those melodies transport me to so many places, filling me again with emotions and nostalgia for those good years as a family that I lived. . Then there was also the incredible musical group of my church, which captured my attention in an incredible way, between melodies and rhythms we adored God and I saw how they played the drums and guitars, and I always wondered “how they do it”. So when I was 10 years old, after singing and simulating rhythms in the silence of my room, in the back seat of the car, in the bathroom, I decided to participate in the Christmas choirs made up of children from my church. And it was there where I was able to fulfill the dream of being part of one of the most beautiful things created, MUSIC, in order to worship God. Someone saw my unbridled interest in learning more, and then they taught me to project my voice, play drums and guitar. Sure, it took me time to learn, but after a year of much practice and interest in learning I was already playing rhythms and making music, for me something so great and special that just thinking about it excites me. From the age of 11 to the present, I have never separated myself from that worship ministry, where I can play the most beautiful melodies for God. I have met important musicians and singers of the region and the country thanks to this talent that I have cultivated all these years, in addition to visiting other cities and countries thanks to God and to her, La Musica. MISIONES, DE GUANARE A TODAS LAS NACIONES
MISSIONS, FROM GUANARE TO ALL NATIONS
There was a person who marked an important cycle for more than 2 decades in our church, the Reverend Enrique Montoya, a Pastor passionate about the work of God, for the welfare of his sheep and for reaching lost souls. It was since 1989 that Rev. Montoya began his pastorate in the First Baptist Church of Guanare PIBG, making alliances with churches in different parts of the American continent. Year after year missionaries came to our church from the United States of America with many gifts, joy and teachings about Missions. It was not until after 1995 that I began to live and progressively assimilate the meaning of its meaning. When I was 8 years old, I already participated in visitation and evangelism days with my mother and brothers of the Faith. In that process I understood that lost souls were in God's heart and we had to reach out to those people and bring them that message of Salvation. I understood that it was not necessary to be a Pastor or a designated minister to carry out that mandate (Matthew 28) but that with our profession, environment or circle we could carry that message. So as time went by, with music in between and a lot of dreams I thought “if I can carry the message of Salvation and help people to be spiritually healthy, I can also bring healing through medical science to many people all over the world, I want to be a Doctor"

MEDICINE." BEING A DOCTOR IS NOT A SACRIFICE IT IS A LIFESTYLE, IT IS GIVING EVERYTHING FOR HUMANITY ”Dr. MISAEL ABREU
La visión misionera sembró en mi corazón la Medicina como un estilo de vida, además de personas influyentes en mi entorno como el Dr. Misael Abreu, que daba todo por sus pacientes, tuvieran o no recursos económicos para costear sus tratamientos y consultas. Entonces después de esperar un año entero por la oportunidad de estudiar medicina, al fin llego esa oportunidad en el año 2014, también el tener que ir a vivir a otra ciudad a 6 horas de la mia, lejos de mi hogar y mis padres. No solo era eso, ya que había tenido que estar en ese año en distintos lugares del país preparándome para estudiar por lo que estaba acostumbrado, pero en ese momento comenzaba mi relación con la dama que hoy es mi esposa. Fue duro, doloroso, porque cuando se esta enamorado uno quiere estar con esa persona especial e importante. Sin embargo hice mis maletas y me fui con ese dolor pero con la seguridad que volveria a estar con ella, ( asi fue afortunadamente, después les cuento mi historia de amor) y a la vez con la convicción de que estaba cumpliendo ese sueño y propósito. Pude prepararme, en medio de una tensión política y al borde del colapso económico del pais nunca me falto amor de mis padres, mi novia y todo el sustento para mi estadia en San Juan de los Morros Estado Guarico- Venezuela (UNERG). Despues de 3 años volvi a mi ciudad para cumplir con las practicas Clinicas en el Hospital Universitario Miguel Oraa de Guanare, fue allí donde pude ver la verdadera Medicina, aprender y vivir el dia a dia junto a mis compañeros, excelentes Medicos y cientos de pacientes. Despues de 7 años, unas decenas de Guardias, trasnochos, regaños y muchos momentos de satisfaccion pude ver cristalizado ese sueño. Recibir en medio de una pandemia el título que me acredita como Médico Cirujano, siendo ahora un compromiso grande con mi ciudad en esta época, llena de todos los riesgos que significaba trabajar con el COVID 19 alli latente. Les contare en otro post mi experiencia como médico en Sala COVID. Y asi he llegado a donde estoy hoy, no fue fácil pero no me quejo, soy feliz con esta labor increíble que viene acompañada de momentos muy gratificantes, que me llenan y me impulsan a seguir formándome y sirviendo mas y mas al prójimo. Próximamente les estaré contando de algo muy interesante en una parte remota del mundo donde estaré sirviendo a otros por medio de estas 4 facetas.
The missionary vision planted Medicine as a lifestyle in my heart, as well as influential people in my environment such as Dr. Misael Abreu, who gave everything for his patients, whether or not they had financial resources to pay for their treatments and consultations. So after waiting a whole year for the opportunity to study medicine, that opportunity finally came in 2014, also having to go live in another city 6 hours from mine, far from my home and my parents. Not only was that, since that year I had to be in different parts of the country preparing to study for what I was used to, but at that moment my relationship with the lady who is my wife today began. It was hard, painful, because when you are in love you want to be with that special and important person. However, I packed my bags and left with that pain but with the certainty that I would be with her again, (fortunately, I will tell you my love story later) and at the same time with the conviction that I was fulfilling that dream and purpose. I was able to prepare myself, in the midst of a political tension and on the brink of the country's economic collapse, I never lacked the love of my parents, my girlfriend and all the sustenance for my stay in San Juan de los Morros Guarico State- Venezuela (UNERG). After 3 years I returned to my city to comply with the Clinical practices at the Miguel Oraa de Guanare University Hospital, it was there that I could see true Medicine, learn and live day by day with my colleagues, excellent Doctors and hundreds of patients . After 7 years, a few dozen Guards, late nights, scolding and many moments of satisfaction I could see that dream crystallized. Receive in the middle of a pandemic the title that accredits me as a Surgeon, now being a great commitment to my city at this time, full of all the risks that working with COVID 19 there was latent. I will tell you in another post my experience as a doctor in the COVID Room. And that is how I got to where I am today, it was not easy but I am not complaining, I am happy with this incredible work that is accompanied by very gratifying moments, which fill me and encourage me to continue training and serving others more and more. Soon I will be telling you about something very interesting in a remote part of the world where I will be serving others through these 4 facets.
