Joy of being a parent is uncompairable. The birth of a kid in a family is always joyous. Their playful mood and naughty sounds alwsys gives a nice vibes to the family. They keep everyone busy with their innocent act. This is what has been described in the below lines.

Dhoolisara = covered with dust. Sarvaango = the entire body.
Vikasaddantkesarah = vikasat + dant + kesarah.
Vikasat = expanding.
Danta = teeth.
Kesarah = hairs, mane.
Aaste = makes one's abode, celebrates. Kasyaapi = kasya + api.
Kasyaa = whose.
Api = even.
Dhanyasya = a virtuous person's Dvaare = in front of the door. Dantee = tooth.
Gruherbhakah = Gruhe + arbhakah.
Gruhe = at the residence.
Arbhakah = a child.
"Blessed is the person at whose door steps a small child having few little teeth , curled hairs and covered with dust is playing".
The above lines describes the joy of the parents of a small child playing at the courtyard of their residence , and says that how blessed they are. This joy has been described in detail by the poet Tulasidas in a poem titled "Thumaki chalat Ramchandra baajat paijaniyaa." in praise of Lord Ramchandra.
