Beetroot Raita is a summer special recipe! Summers call for cool foods. Curd and Raita are one of the most loved foods in summers. nothing can beat the freshness that an icy cold raita gives in the scorching heat. Raita is also very healthy to be consumed especially during summers. I made this amazing Pink Raita by adding boiled beetroot. I also added curry leaves and mustard tadka to it to give it a nice flavour. It's a very different raita recipe i learnt from my mom. I love this one, let's see how I make it. It's a very easy raita recipe which can be made quickly in a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS
Beetroot - 1 finely chopped
Curd - 1/2 CUP
Peanut - crushed 2 TSP
Mustard Seeds - half TSP
Curry leaves - 5-6
Oil for tadka - 1 TBSP
Red Chill Powder - 1/2 TSP
Bhuna Jeera Powder - 1 TSP
Salt - As Per Taste

chukandar ka raayata ek garmiyon kee speshal resipee hai! samar shaant khaady padaarthon ke lie kahate hain. dahee aur raayata greeshmakaal mein sabase adhik pasand kie jaane vaale khaady padaarthon mein se ek hain. chilachilaatee garmee mein barpheele thande raayata ko taajagee nahin de sakatee. khaasataur par greeshmakaal ke dauraan raayata ka sevan karana bhee bahut svasth hota hai. mainne ubala hua chukandar daalakar yah adbhut gulaabee raayata banaaya. mainne ise ek achchha svaad dene ke lie isamen karee patta aur sarason tadaka bhee daala. yah ek bahut hee alag raayata resipee hai jise mainne apanee maan se seekha hai. mujhe yah pasand hai, aaie dekhen ki main ise kaise banaata hoon.
