Busco sumergirme en un sueño profundo
Un viaje reparador que alivie mi cuerpo y mi alma
La anticipación me agota y clamo por un minuto de serenidad
Deseo dejar mis miedos en la oscuridad de mi aposento
Y mis insondables inquietudes lanzar al viento
The sun hides and anxiety is the guest
It invades my thoughts and takes over my senses
It gives no rest to my mind
My heart is racing and beating dizzily
My desperate reason needs a break
I long for the calm of those who live one day at a time
Those who live the emotion of today and leave tomorrow for the next day
I seek to immerse myself in a deep sleep
A restorative trip that quiets my body and soul
There is no one to stop my exalted chest
Anticipation wears me out and I cry out for a minute of serenity
I wish to leave my fears in the darkness of my room
And throw to the wind my unsounded concerns

Although, sometimes silence soothes me and I achieve relative peace
I imagine the sweet scene of a dream landscape
An unreal but saving vision that touches me inside
A hopeful image that mitigates my cravings
I manage to leave behind the ghost of my uneasiness
Then I forgive myself for ignoring the future
I'm just a human being
I will let life surprise me.
