The recipe that I will show you below is a nutritious and delicious potato omelette that we can prepare for breakfast or dinner. Its preparation is very simple and with ingredients that we commonly have at home, so let's start.

Ingredients:

✅Potato - 1 unit.
✅Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
✅Cheese of his preference.
✅Mortadella or ham.
✅Vegetable oil.
✅Pepper to taste.
✅A pinch of salt.

Preparation.

We start by peeling and washing the potato, then we grate it.

Then we add the salt, pepper and wheat flour. We mix until everything is well integrated.

We bring a frying pan to the heat and grease it with oil, then add the potato and spread it all over the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on both sides.

Now we add the cheese and the mortadella in half of the tortilla, then we cover with the other half.

Cook on both sides until golden brown.
