This is my first time showing my cooking skill in this community.
I will share my cooking blog/vlog from now on.
This time it is about Chingri Polaw (Prawn-Fried Rice).
About Chingri Polaw (Prawn-Fried Rice):.
Chingri polaw is a mixed food of fried rice and prawn.
Ingredients:.
- Rice
- Prawn Fish
- Milk
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion
- Green Chili
- Red Chili Powder
- Ginger Liquid
- Garlic Liquid
and
For decoration - Tomato
- Lemon
- Egg etc
Ingredients (Visual):.
Steps:
Taking a pan and pouring oil on it.
Onion in hot oil.
After frying the onion for sometime.
I put some garlic and ginger liquid.
Then I mixed it properly.
Then I added chili powered.
Then I added prawn fishes.
Then I wait for it to be finished.
After a moment it was time for it to leave the stove.
Now it's time for frying the rice.
Made a masala with my ingredients and then I put the rice on it.
I kept mixing the rice with the masala.
Then it's time to boil some milk.
Then I poured some milk on the rice.
Now I kept waiting and mixing the rice time to time.
After a time... it's finished.
Tried to decorate the food nicely with tomato, egg, green pepper, lemon.
