Cooking DIY: Shingara (Samosa).

Hello All,

How are you doing today?

This is another food/cooking blog.

This time it is about Shingara (Samosa).

Ingredients:.

• Wheat
• Potato
• Onion
• Green Chili
• Oil
• Salt
  and
  For decoration
• Cucumber

Steps:

1st Step : Preparing wheat and then added potato, onion & green chili mix.

Then tried to give proper shape of shingara (samosa).

Boiling oil.
When it's boiled enough, I placed those raw samosa into the pan with hot oil.

It's finished then.

The decoration part:

That's it.
Here I presented you my own recipe of Shingara (Samosa).
