The national costumes reflect all the milestones of the formation of the people, the outfits are not just things or pieces of good cloth, but a real monument to the original past.
The clothing of the Kuban Cossacks was always distinguished by the bright colors of the women's costume and wide men's trousers. It seems to me that familiarity with the ancient clothing of any nation is a great opportunity to understand its culture.
It is good when today many people honor folk traditions and even sometimes are ready to flaunt in such a suit :-)
On the chest of this Circassian sewed the lining to Hazira or hairnice. The word "gazyr" in translation means "ready".
The presence of it on the clothes of a warrior spoke of readiness to engage in battle with the enemy. It is so important to remember traditions and history, especially for young people as they have usually not lived any of it. I love that there is somewhere they can learn how to make these and carry them forth to teach the next generation.
