Early morning mantra, just thanks god for just another day! In today condition anything could happen,and thanking god for letting to see the bright sunshine must be thankful.

A morning routine is simply face towards the rising g sun and let the fresh air fill your body and doing a namaskar bu standing on one leg is good full body exercise.




I went for the morning walk, along the Ganga coastline and found the sun rays shining on the water bed. Doing surya namaskar is healthy way to start the day. Followed by full body stretching. I enjoyed the morning, and thanks for giving us another day of challenges and surprises.
