Las dinámicas del Teambuilding entre otras cosas también nos permite conocer a fondo a los trabajadores de la organización.
Por medio de estas actividades podemos conocer los rasgos de los empleados, sobretodo si es que poseen un perfil de liderazgo, también si son personas organizadas, de que manera gestionan el trabajo en equipo y especialmente de que manera reaccionan ante momentos específicos de estrés.
Por medio de estas dinámicas podemos apreciar las fortalezas como así también sus debilidades de cada persona.
